You can book an appointment by either clicking on the 'book an appointment' tab under 'Counselling Services' or by clicking on the 'Contact' tab which will give you the option to either send me an email, drop me a text message or give me a phone call. Let me know what days/times are best for you and we can arrange an appointment together.
I appreciate that sometimes things happen that are unavoidable and you will need to cancel a session. I make every effort to be flexible and rearrange where possible. You would need to let me know by text message as soon as possible if you're unable to attend as sessions that are not cancelled within a 24 hour notice period will be charged at the full rate.
I politely ask that payment is made 24 hours before our scheduled appointment for online and telephone sessions.
When we first have contact with each other, I will send you a contract that needs to be signed and sent back, and amongst other information, my bank details will also be provided for BACS payment.
There are a limited number of concessionary rate sessions available. Please feel free to ask me.
You can have as many or as few sessions as you wish, I also offer flexibility with the frequency of our sessions. We will work the sessions around you and what you feel happy with.
Typically I offer 50 minute sessions for face to face, online and telephone appointments. However, this can be negotiated to either a longer/shorter time depending on what you feel comfortable and happy with.
